Tango Conditioning
We are offering a special Tango Conditioning Class this summer. It is great for people who are new to tango as well as experienced dancers who want to build excellent technique.
Each week we will focus in on a specific body mechanic that is key to your tango. (EX: pivot, axis). We will begin with individual exercises to find and place the movements in your body. We will then do partner exercises so you know how these skills are used to communicate with another person.
This is class is about building muscle memory. It’s a chance for you to hone the core elements that make up this dance so that you can communicate more clearly and stably with a partner.
